5 hours CPD
After having to take a pause due to the pandemic, I am delighted to be able to invite you to West Sussex for the 2023 study day and evening get together. A great opportunity to meet and come together in-person with local colleagues to learn and network.
This year we will be looking at what to do when things go wrong with dental implants, with the day featuring leading implant, periodontics, restorative and laboratory speakers. With the exponential rise in implant treatment, of all qualities, this is a topic no dentist can shy away from!
Implants are already an everyday part of dentistry, and while we all know how good they can be as a solution, often the outcomes land on the shoulders of the dentist caring for the patient.
Please join us for this friendly educational day, packed with top tips to help in your everyday dental practice. Whether you are involved in placing implants, restoring implants or just have patients with implants that are under your care, I know this will be a useful and enjoyable day.
The programme will cover:
Effective management of the implant patient in general practice
Why implants start to cause issues after a number of years
Simplify planning and implant treatments
What to consider with loose implant crowns or broken components
What to do when blood and pus is observed around implants
How to manage dental tourism and outcomes when they arrive in your clinic.
