We are hosting an informative training evening on Thursday, 8th August 2024, focused on the techniques and benefits of using the new CoreMedTech scan body for Ankylos implants. This event will provide you with hands-on experience using the scan body on a model.

This course is the first step towards restoring your own implant referrals, by covering how you to restore simple cases, such as single crown or simple bridge. The evening begins with a presentation from an experienced Implantologist, followed by a demonstration on one of our patients and finished with a hands on practical task.

This 2-hour session will look to understand the problems that may be encountered when restoring dental implants and how to overcome them. We will also look at how to avoid issues in more complex implant restorations.

The evening will consists of a discussion group on case studies completed by some of the practice team.

Digital Diagnostics: Planning and Preparation to Final Restoration

This exciting new 2-hour session will demonstrate how to effectively plan and complete restorations using a fully digital process. We will explore the types of scans needed, considerations from tooth preparation to the cementation of restorations, and what effective communication between the dentist and the laboratory looks like to ensure that patient expectations are achieved.
